I’m not one to comment, but after working with Mike and his office I feel obligated! Words like “prompt” and “professional” don’t accurately describe the work of this man. I had a horrid lou anne back door replaced by him, he gave me another 4″ of clearance, did some concrete work, switched which way the door opened and allowed me to get a motorcycle into and out of my basement with ease. I also order a rather stubborn biometric deadbolt for the back door to which he installed quickly and with ease. I had a few problems in the beginning with programming the unit, but he stayed on to make sure that I had a working understanding of a lock that I didn’t purchase through him, that was pretty impressive! Price was well worth it, with the extra weather sealing and security I will have for the next several years. A big hats off and thank you to Mike for his great work!
